Mrs. Burnfield - Fifth Grade ELA & Social Studies
Welcome to our "Nicely New Normal"!
Our 2020 school year is going to be different from any other. I'm so happy that we can all be together in some capacity. Some of us are hybrid (coming to school 2 days a week), while others are fully remote (completing all school work online). Which ever way you are "doing school" remember to ALWAYS DO YOUR BEST!
This year you will not only learn 5th Grade content, you will also be learning to be an independent learner. This is a skill that will be a benefit you throughout your entire life!
We ALL (students, teachers, parents) need to be patient and not get frustrated. This method of learning is new to all of us, but, we will all learn so much together!
When you need help at home, please email me or message me through Schoology.
Work hard and learn all that you can!
