The Pennsylvania Department of Education created the Title I State Parent Advisory Council   SPAC to give parents the skills and knowledge to become advocates for striving readers and to distribute information and share ideas that will increase parent participation in Title I programs.  

 

Through this program, you may request a single copy of one or more (up to 10 titles) of the following booklets from the Resource Center completely free of charge. Please complete this form and check up to ten (10) items you would like shipped to you.  You can send the form in to school with your child or email it to me.
