Mrs. Kristy Hostetler
Dear Nicely Families:
Hello! My name is Mrs. Kristy Hostetler and I am the Reading Specialist at Nicely Elementary. This is my 10th year working at Nicely, and my 22nd year as a Reading Specialist.
This year at Nicely, we are joined by Miss Carianne Savage from Indiana University of PA. She is certified in Early Childhood Education and Special Education and she has her ESL Certification. She is currently working towards her Masters in Literacy.
We work very closely with the ELA teachers in Kindergarten through Fifth Grade during Reading Intervention. During intervention time, we provide individual and small group instruction and support in Reading. We are both very passionate about instilling a love of reading in all children!
